Founder • Co-President

Joe is one of the founders and Co-President of JDC Power Systems. Throughout his career, Joe has made it a primary focus to create a culture and organizational structure that places people first; from his employees to his customers. His experience and expertise spans more than 4 decades in the electrical distribution and control industry, which has been instrumental to the success and growth of our company.

Richard Corbin

Founder • Co-President

Richard Corbin is Co-President and Co- founder of JDC Power Systems, Inc. He has been committed to providing Electrical Equipment and Services to the Critical Power Industry for the last 45 years. Richard is a graduate of Cornell University, where he earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. Richard’s career began with sales and engineering positions at Siemens honing his Electrical Distribution and Controls product skills for 17 years. Recognizing the need for providing complete systems solutions Richard co-founded JDC Power Systems in 2000. JDC has expanded over the past 25 years into a preeminent Company servicing Data Center clients in the US, Canada and Mexico.

Tim Driscoll

Executive Vice President, Technical Services

With over 25 years of experience, Tim Driscoll began his career in 1996 in field service, specializing in electromechanical equipment. In 1999, he transitioned to Norsal Associates, focusing on electrical maintenance and equipment rebuilds. As a founding member of the JDC field service division, Tim played a key role in growing the team to 40+ professionals over the next two decades. Outside of work, Tim is dedicated to community service, actively participating in volunteer outreach programs in Warren County, NJ, and making a positive impact on local initiatives.

Executive Vice President Engineering

Russell Wright is a seasoned leader in the critical power and control industry, bringing over 30 years of expertise in power management, automation, and control solutions. As Engineering / Vice-President of JDC Power Systems, LLC., Russell has played a pivotal role in driving innovation, operational excellence, and strategic growth within the organization.   Before stepping into this leadership role, Russell spent ten years at ASCO Power Technologies as a Project Manager,   Throughout his career, Russell has been instrumental in developing reliable solutions for mission-critical applications, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and resilience in power and control systems across diverse industries. Under his leadership, JDC Power Systems, LLC. has strengthened its position as a trusted partner in the industry

Grace Niland

Chief Human Resources Officer

Grace Niland, Chief Human Resources Officer, brings more than 35 years of in-depth HR expertise; both on the domestic and international front. Early on in her career, spent a decade in Compensation, Benefits and HRIS. She is a highly collaborative strategic HR partner, with a focus on people engagement, talent acquisition, organizational design, leadership/ employee development and succession planning, skilled in business transformation and continuous improvement. Grace's career spanned over 25 years with United Technologies Corporation (UTC) now known as Raytheon Technologies Corporation. She held positions of increasing responsibility in Human Resources with the Aerospace and Commercial business, Pratt & Whitney, Hamilton Sundstrand, Carrier, and Otis Elevator. In addition, she was the HR lead at UTC Power, an alternative fuel cell company, where she was Chief Spokesperson for their contract negotiations and rotated through UTC World Headquarters in Executive Compensation and later returned to partner with the Digital Technology group. She also worked in banking and the telecommunications industries. Throughout her career, Grace has worked on m&a activity as well. Grace’s most recent role was with Corning, Inc. Grace earned her MBA from Syracuse University, Whitman School of Management and Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial & Labor Relations from Le Moyne College in Syracuse, NY.

Rocco has joined JDC Power Systems with more than 25 years of Financial planning and analysis roles. Most recently he held positions at Melissa & Doug in a variety of roles including leading FP&A and as Vice President Transformation and ERP business process.

Mike Kuhlman

Vice President of Project Management

Mike Kuhlman is Vice President of Project Management with JDC Power Systems, LLC. He has been supporting Data Center projects since 1997. Mike’s career began in Quality Control at Siemens in the Medium and Low Voltage Test / Inspection team in Wendell, NC. before moving to the Warranty Department and then on to Application Engineering for the Critical Power Team. He is excited to use his 28 years of experience to help serve JDC’s customers and ensure their projects are successful.

Daniel Jocelyn

Vice President

Dan Jocelyn brings over 35 years of experience in the construction industry including design, commissioning, testing, maintenance, and contracting. Dan is a Professional Engineer in several states with hands-on field electrical experience. He has assisted the City of New York as a technical Code Commitee Member and Code Mangement Committee member. Dan’s technical expertise and reputation as a pragmatic leader in the construction industry has strengthened and expanded the JDC Leadership team.
